Yes, all our backpacks and luggage come with a worldwide warranty ranging from 1 to 5 years against manufacturing defects, depending on the specific model.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 15-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused product in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
How do I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a unique tracking ID and a link to our courier partner's website to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Are Skybags backpacks water-resistant?
Most of our fashion and laptop backpacks are made from high-grade water-resistant polyester. However, we recommend using a rain cover during heavy downpours for maximum protection.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
