Return Process

  Log into your Skybags account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the item you wish to return to start the online request.

  Pack the Product

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags, warranty cards, and accessories intact to ensure a successful quality check.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
